I WISH TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT

Similar to most international airports Ostend- Bruges International airport operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. During the evening and night there are several limitations in place for sound limits and number of flights. These limits were determined  and communicated in the environmental license and in the AIP to airport users. LEM Ostend- Bruges NV has procured a certified ISO14001 environmental care system where its environmental policy declaration was noted down.

GENERAL

How can I request a tour?
At the moment tours are not available, we are reworking our current tour.
Please keep an eye on our website and social media for more information.

When do I have to be present at the airport?
Exact details on the opening and closing hours of the check-in are usually available on the airline’s website or in the documents that were sent together with your ticket. If you booked your flight through a travel agent, they will normally be able to give you this information.
In general passengers are advised to arrive at check-in two hours ahead of their scheduled departure time for intra-European flights. This is a recommendation, not an obligation.
Passengers are themselves responsible for arriving on time at the check-in desks and the boarding gate even if they are late owing to circumstances beyond their control (car broke down, public transport delays, problems with identity papers,…).

PARKING

Where can I pay my parking?
You can pay you parking upon arrival. The payment terminal (for each parking) is located at the entrance of parking .

Do I need to make a reservation for a parking space?
Reservation is not needed. The parking offers more than 1.300 parking lots, which guarantees a secure availability at each time of the year.

Are these parking’s secured?
All parkings are under permanent camera control.

How many pieces and what dimensions are allowed to take with me as hold luggage?

What do I need to do with excess or oversize luggage?
Please contact your airline involved. Usually, you can take excess luggage with you if you pay an additional fee. Oversize luggage could be possible depending on the item, dimensions and weight. An additional fee will be charged if this kind of luggage is allowed.

Can I take my cat or dog with me?
Please contact your airline involved to know if your cat or dog can travel with you in the cabin or as hold luggage.
